In our homes, we like to spend days and even nights on our patios or outdoor spaces to relax. At times, unpredictable weather can ruin the moment. Drizzles and rains may appear anytime and direct sunlight is not comfortable either. The awning is one of the many proactive options to give our outdoor spaces their much-needed protection from the elements.
Awnings have always been popular and quite in demand. It is meant to protect our balcony, veranda, or courtyards from rain, direct sunlight, and UV rays. For awning, the critical components are having good structural quality and long-lasting materials. Due to the climate, some materials don’t last longer than expected, and reconstruction might be required after a few months. To avoid this hassle, you need to go for durability.
Also referred to as an Outdoor Shade System, awnings are not only meant for residential use. You can see awnings installed in retail stores, offices, or other commercial spaces to add shade.
Known for its convenience and one of the most popular choices is retractable awnings. These are sturdily installed into the wall’s surface and can be retracted manually, or even automatically, to adjust to the shade coverage required.
There are two models of the Pavilion, giving you two alternatives for attaching it to cover your structure.
END COLUMNS
End columns have an integrated water discharge feature which allows for a smart, rain draining system. Water is drained through columns and side channels even when the cover is partially closed.
SHIFTED COLUMNS
Shifted columns are perfect for greater coverage, with a screen that protrudes slightly a bit more, but inconspicuously nonetheless. The roof overhang gives you enough shade when the sun is low.
